How We Work

• Every task is scoped before work starts, against a plan hour balance or a quote at the published $15/hour rate.
• Backups are periodically test-restored, not just stored and assumed to work.
• Every monthly plan includes a plain-language report of what was updated, checked, and fixed.
• Emergency requests are never refused for lack of a plan, though plan subscribers get priority and a lower rate.
• We tell you when a task does not need the hours you think it does, rather than padding time.

What We Will Not Do

• We will not make changes to a live site without your authorization.
• We will not claim a fix is complete without verifying it actually works.
• We will not lock you into a long contract — every plan is month-to-month.
