Website Bug Fixes
A broken layout, a form that will not submit, a checkout that fails at the last step — bugs like these cost you visitors and sales quietly, every day they go unfixed. Tell us what is wrong and we will track it down and fix it.
- Layouts, scripts, forms, and checkout all covered
- Tested across browsers and devices, not just one
- Simple task submission — just describe the bug
Common Bugs We Handle
Broken Layouts
Elements overlapping, collapsing, or misaligned on specific pages, screen sizes, or browsers.
JavaScript Errors
Console errors that stop a slider, menu, filter, or other interactive element from working.
Plugin & Theme Conflicts
Two pieces of software fighting over the same script, style, or hook.
Broken Forms
Contact, quote, and signup forms that fail to send, validate incorrectly, or silently drop submissions.
Checkout Failures
Cart, payment, or shipping steps that error out or hang before a sale completes.
Broken Links & 404s
Internal links pointing to pages that moved, were renamed, or no longer exist.
How a Bug Gets Fixed
Reproduce It
We confirm the bug ourselves across relevant browsers and devices before touching any code.
Find the Cause
Console errors, conflicting scripts, and recent changes are traced back to the actual root cause.
Fix & Verify
The fix is applied and tested again in the same conditions the bug originally appeared in.
Confirm With You
You get a short summary of what was wrong and what was changed, so nothing is a mystery.
Bug Fix Questions
How do I report a bug?
Submit it through Request a Task with a short description, the page it happens on, and a screenshot if you have one. The more detail, the faster we can reproduce it.
How long do fixes take?
It depends on the bug — a straightforward CSS or plugin-conflict fix might take under an hour, while a deeper checkout issue can take longer to isolate. If a fix will affect your available plan hours meaningfully, we let you know before proceeding.
What if the bug is intermittent or hard to reproduce?
Intermittent bugs take patience — we look at conditions like specific browsers, devices, logged-in state, or caching before ruling causes out. We will ask follow-up questions rather than guess, since a fix for the wrong cause does not actually solve it.
Is this the same as an emergency?
Not usually. Most bugs are handled as routine tasks. If the site is down entirely or losing sales right now, mark it as urgent — see Emergency Website Support.
Something Broken on Your Site?
Describe the bug and submit a task — we will reproduce it, fix it, and confirm it is resolved.
