Do I need to give you my domain registrar login?
Only where a specific task genuinely needs it, and only for the narrow access that task requires. This follows the same minimal-access approach described in our privacy policy — we do not ask for standing access you have not agreed to for a reason.
Can you migrate my site to a new host or platform?
Yes — see Website Migration for the full process, including HTTP-to-HTTPS moves.
What happens if my domain is about to expire?
We flag an approaching expiry when we are aware of it, but the domain owner is always responsible for actually renewing it. Without registrar access we cannot renew it on your behalf or guarantee we catch every expiry date, so keeping your own renewal reminders on is still worth doing.
