Webflow Maintenance

Webflow sites are visually built, so most maintenance is about content, connections, and behavior — keeping CMS collections current, interactions working, and integrations connected — not rebuilding the design.

  • Direct Webflow Designer access, when granted
  • CMS content updates handled as routine tasks
  • Moderate ongoing upkeep, not our deepest tier

Scope

What We Maintain on Webflow

CMS Collection Updates

Adding, editing, and organizing CMS items — blog posts, products, case studies, or any collection your site is built on.

Interaction & Animation Fixes

Repairing broken scroll triggers, hover states, and page-load animations that stop working after a Webflow update or edit.

Form & Integration Troubleshooting

Fixing form submissions and the Zapier, Make, or embed-code connections that route form data or content elsewhere.

Responsive Breakpoint Fixes

Repairing layout issues across Webflow's desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoint views when something overlaps or overflows.

Publish Workflow

Managing the staging-to-production publish process so changes go live cleanly without overwriting unrelated work.

Embed Code Repairs

Fixing custom code embeds — scripts, widgets, or third-party snippets — when they stop rendering correctly.

Honesty

Bugs vs. Design Choices

What we fix

Broken functionality: an interaction that no longer fires, a form that fails to submit, a layout that breaks at a specific breakpoint, an integration that has disconnected.

What we do not redesign

Webflow's visual builder means a lot of what looks like a "bug" is actually a deliberate design decision made in the Designer. We fix what is broken; redesigning how something looks or is laid out is a separate, scoped project.

Small Additions

When a Task Grows Into a Project

Small additions, yes

A new CMS field, an added form, a small content block on an existing page — these are handled as regular maintenance tasks.

New sections, scoped separately

A full new page section or a new site area built in the Designer is closer to design work than maintenance, and gets its own scope and quote — see Small Feature Requests for where that line sits.

FAQ

Webflow Maintenance Questions

Can you edit the Webflow Designer directly?

Yes, with Designer or Editor access added to your Webflow workspace, scoped to the account role the task actually needs.

Do you handle Webflow CMS content updates as a routine task?

Yes — CMS content updates are one of the most common Webflow tasks we handle, whether that is a single item or a batch update.

Can you build new pages from scratch?

Small additions to an existing page are fine as a maintenance task. A full new page or site section is scoped separately, closer to a design project than maintenance.

What access do you need to my Webflow site?

Workspace or site collaborator access, typically Editor or Designer level depending on the task, invited through Webflow's own team member settings.
