Fixes & Support

Small Feature Requests

A new form, a booking widget, one more integration, a new section on an existing page — small additions to a site you already have. This is scoped for small, well-defined work, not full custom application development.

  • Uses your existing monthly plan hours
  • No surprise billing — we tell you before scope grows
  • Built to match your existing site's look and behavior
Examples

What Counts as a Small Feature

New Forms

A quote request, application, or custom contact form with the fields and logic you need.

Booking Widgets

Connecting or configuring a scheduling tool so visitors can book directly on your site.

Small Integrations

Connecting a third-party tool — an email list, a CRM, an analytics platform — to your site.

New Page Sections

A testimonials block, a pricing table, or a new section added to an existing page.

Popups & Banners

An announcement bar, exit-intent popup, or promotional banner built to match your site.

Small Custom Functionality

A focused piece of custom behavior — a calculator, a filter, a small automation — scoped clearly upfront.

Setting Expectations

What This Is Not

Not full application development

A custom portal, a multi-step platform, or a ground-up build is a different kind of project with its own planning and quote. This service covers additions that fit onto a site that already exists.

Not open-ended design work

We work from your existing site's style and a clear description of what you need. Larger design exploration or a full new page template is scoped and quoted separately before work begins.

FAQ

Feature Request Questions

How do you define "small"?

Roughly, anything that can be added to an existing page or site without a new architecture, new platform, or extended design phase — usually a few hours of work rather than days or weeks. If you are unsure, submit the request and we will tell you honestly which category it falls into.

What if my request turns out to be bigger than expected?

We tell you before continuing, not after. If a request grows beyond a small addition once we look closer, you will hear about it and can decide how to proceed — there is no surprise billing for scope that changed without your say.

Can this use my monthly plan hours?

Yes — small feature requests are billed against your plan hours or hourly rate the same as any other task, at $15/hour. See Pricing for details.

Do you design the feature or just build it?

We build it to match your site's existing look and feel. If you have a specific design or reference in mind, share it — otherwise we will keep it consistent with what is already on your site.

Have Something Small in Mind?

Describe what you want added and submit a task — we will confirm scope before we start.
