Which Package Fits Your Site
A brochure or local-business site
Few changes, but it has to stay patched and online. Starter usually covers it.
A busy site with regular edits
New pages, form changes and the odd broken plugin. Growth gives you the extra hours and faster replies.
A store or a content-heavy site
More traffic, more plugins and little tolerance for downtime. Business adds hours, quarterly speed work and same-day response.
Packages or Pay-As-You-Go
Pay as you go
$15 an hour, billed in 15-minute steps, with no minimum and no plan. Best for a single job or an occasional fix.
Prepaid hour packs
5 hours for $70, 10 hours for $130 or 20 hours for $240. Hours are valid for 60 days.
Monthly package
Lower effective rate plus monitoring, backups and reporting. Best if you use hours most months.

Package Questions
Do unused hours roll over?
Up to one month of unused hours rolls over, so a quiet month is not wasted. Hours do not accumulate beyond that.
What if a job needs more hours than I have left?
We tell you before starting work that would go over. Extra time is billed at your package's effective hourly rate, not the full pay-as-you-go rate.
Is there a contract?
No. Every package is month-to-month, and you can cancel before your next billing date.
What if my site goes down and I have no package?
Package subscribers get priority, same-day help at their plan rate. Without a package, emergency help is $25 an hour with a one-hour minimum, same-day where possible. See emergency support.
