Questions About Cost
Do unused plan hours roll over?
Up to one month of unused hours rolls over, so a quiet month is not wasted. Hours do not accumulate indefinitely.
What happens if a task takes longer than my remaining hours?
We tell you before starting work that goes over. Extra time bills at your plan's effective hourly rate, not the full $15 pay-as-you-go rate.
Can I cancel a monthly plan anytime?
Yes — every plan is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime before your next billing date.
Do prepaid hour packs expire?
Yes, 60 days from purchase. If you are using hours often enough to keep hitting that window, a monthly plan will almost always work out cheaper — worth comparing before you rebuy a pack.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The first hour of any new engagement covers the initial site assessment and plan setup, billed at the normal rate — no separate onboarding charge.
