Can you fix anything on my Wix site?
Mostly content and configuration-level issues — text, forms, apps, and layout within the editor. Platform-level bugs inside Wix's own engine are Wix's own responsibility to fix, not something we can access or patch.
Do you need Wix login access?
Yes, collaborator access through Wix's own team access system, scoped to what the specific task requires.
Is Wix a good platform for a growing business?
It is fine for a simple site with straightforward needs. As a business grows and wants more flexibility, custom code, or integrations, platforms like WordPress or Shopify tend to offer more room — that is not a knock on Wix, just a difference in how open each platform is.
Can you add features Wix does not natively support?
Only within what Wix's App Market and Velo custom-code tools allow. Anything beyond that is a platform limitation, not something a maintenance task can work around.
